is that part of centre, along the Riva, from taxi boats' harbour to the port of the town,
and also those alleys who rise highly to the little cemetery.
The zone is full of monuments (Communal Theatre, Arsenal etc) , ancient houses and many shops,
and, naturally, restaurants, bars, discobars, ice-cream and pastry shops, food stores, internet points.
Usually, the accomodations, here, are not provided with terrace or balcony,
even if they can be somewhere panoramic.
