Delivery of the apartments

The delivery of the keys normally occurs between 12.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. and the release must be within 10.00 a.m.; after this time the owner can request a supplement to pay on the place.

Start and expiry of the stay

In case of late, over the standard time of check in, or in a date of arrival different from the reservation, we recommend You to advise, in useful time, our reception office.

Accomodation

Persons taking up rooms and/or apartments, including added cradles and little beds, cannot ever exceed the number of the provided beds; moreover, the accomodations cannot be occupied from a major number of people respect to that indicated at the moment of the reservation, including children and infants. These conditions are peremptory; their unobservance can compromise the delivery of the reserved accomodation and it can justify the request of a supplement to pay on the place.

Consuptions and Equipment

Bed and bathroom linen, crockeries, gas, water, electricity and final cleaning are included.

Residence taxes

The residence tax in Hvar is € 1,00 daily per adult € 0,50 from 12 within 18 years old gratis within 12 years old
